DeviceMotor::GetEffectiveMaxAccelerationDEG

Getting the maximum acceleration that the motor can produce (Deg/s^2).

C++
float GetEffectiveMaxAccelerationDEG(M32 * pDeviceResponse = NULL, void * pReserved = NULL);
Parameters
Description
M32 * pDeviceResponse = NULL
(see Message
void * pReserved = NULL
(see Message

The motor's maximum acceleration.

GetEffectiveMaxAccelerationDEG returns the acceleration (after gearbox) that the motor can produce for changing its velocity. The value is always >= than 0 and less than or equals to GetMaxAccelerationDEG. The motor's effective max acceleration can be modified by a call to SetEffectiveMaxAccelerationDEG.

The acceleration control is available only in velocity regulation ( SetVelocityDPS, SetVelocityRPS).
