The value of the encoder tops for one complete axis rotation if the feature is enabled, 0 otherwise.

GetWheelOdotops returns the tops count of the encoder for one wheel (axis) turn. Starting at Marilou v4.7.11, the value is intended AFTER gearbox reduction.
