Axis existence.

bool IsUsed(void);
Returns

true if the axis really exists on the joint, false otherwise.

Description

IsUsed allows to know if the axis exists on the joint. Because GetAxis1 and GetAxis2 always return a reference to internal objects, a call to IsUsed is required in order to know the real axis state.
